We are here to help you make your child’s birthday party a special event with memories that last a lifetime! Jump2It is the biggest inflatable playground in Kelowna and with two party rooms downstairs and one upstairs, we can handle kids’ birthday parties of any size. All our kids’ birthday party packages include 2 hours of fun play and party time. Celebrate your birthday party in one of our 3 bright, private party rooms (use of a private room is included in ALL our party packages!) and let your little guests play in our open play area on our gigantic inflatables. Who is up for a race down our 22’ slide? For our younger guests we also have a toddler area to play in with a ball pool and interactive developmental toys. Our friendly Jump2It team will decorate your party room (just let our team know what your party colours are… or choose from one of our fabulous theme party decoration packages). We’ll look after you during your birthday party and ensure that your guests have a great time (and of course we’ll take care of the clean-up too after your party!).

Did you know we also offer private facility rentals? That’s right – all of Jump2It just for your party! Private facility rentals are great for larger birthday parties. If you expect 20-25 kids or more, talk to us about a private facility rental option. Our facility can accommodate up 100 people and we’ll work with you to make it a party to remember!

All our theme parties featuring licensed characters are decorated with genuine licensed decorations. Don’t see the theme you’re looking for on the list? We may be able to order other themes upon request with at least two weeks notice – please let our party manager know what you’re looking for and we’ll do our best to locate your dream theme.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bring my own food to my party?

Yes, you can bring your own food and drinks as well as your own cake or cupcakes into our facility. No food or drinks please in the play area itself and on the inflatables. No alcohol allowed on premises. No sparklers please, but you may bring regular candles for your cake.

Do you have catering services available?

Yes, we can cater the food at your party – we have great partners we work with. Please ask us for details.

Will you decorate my party room for me?

Yes, our talented team will decorate your private party room for you! Our party coordinator will discuss the colour theme of your party with you prior to your party for your tablecloth, plates, cups and napkins – it’s all included as part of your party package. It will be all set up for you in one of our bright and cheerful party rooms that will be yours for the duration of the party. We also have a big selection of theme-party packages available (rates vary depending on the theme) which are available as an add-on to any of our party packages. If you have any special items for your decoration (such as a custom banner or special balloons) you can drop them off ahead of time and we will be happy to incorporate them in your party room set up.

When should I arrive when I host a party at Jump2It?

We recommend that you arrive about 10 – 15 minutes before your party is scheduled to begin to have time to set up and be ready to welcome your guests.

Can I book extra time for my birthday party?

Our birthday party packages are based on a 2 hour party, but we can accommodate longer parties based on availability (please contact us directly for rates).
